Entrupy's technology analyzes microscopic material signatures that cannot be replicated, providing an objective, science-backed certificate of authenticity that goes beyond visual inspection alone.
What this means for you:
- Authentication is performed by an independent third party — not us.
- Certified items ship with an Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity.
- Results are logged and traceable, giving you a permanent record.
For items where Entrupy certification is noted in the listing, you will receive the corresponding certificate with your order.
Our Condition Grading Scale
Pre-owned luxury is not one-size-fits-all. We grade every item against a consistent, transparent scale so you know exactly what you're receiving — no surprises.

| 10 / Pristine | Unworn or unused. Original tags, dustbag, and packaging intact. Indistinguishable from new. |
| 9.5 / Like New | Carried once or twice. No visible wear. May show the faintest signs of handling on hardware or base. |
| 9 / Excellent | Minimal, light use. Clean interior, tight stitching, bright hardware. Any marks are minor and noted. |
| 8 / Very Good | Moderate use with light wear consistent with age. All noted in the listing. Structurally sound and beautiful. |
| 7 / Good | Visible signs of wear — patina, light scuffs, or hardware toning — fully disclosed. A great entry point for a coveted piece. |
Every listing includes the item's grade, detailed condition notes.

Our Guarantee
You have up to five days from the date of purchase or delivery to exchange your item if you’re not completely satisfied or would prefer a different bag. Please note that only one exchange is permitted per original purchase.
