Product Condition and Liability

All items sold by The Posh Vault are sold in their current condition as described at the time of sale. Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, normal wear, aging, and material deterioration may occur over time.

The Posh Vault is not responsible for any damage, defects, wear, tear, hardware issues, stitching issues, glazing issues, color transfer, material degradation, or other changes that occur after an item has been purchased, delivered, picked up, or otherwise leaves our possession. The Posh Vault does not guarantee the future performance, durability, or lifespan of any item sold.

By purchasing an item, the customer acknowledges and accepts the condition of the item at the time of sale and assumes all responsibility for the item's care, maintenance, and future condition.
