Shipping policy

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within three (3) business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

• All orders include tracking information.

• The Posh Vault covers the cost of signature confirmation on all shipments to help ensure secure delivery, unless otherwise requested by the customer not to. 

• Customers may choose to purchase shipping insurance at checkout. Shipping insurance is optional and is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Insurance

• If shipping insurance is purchased, any claims for loss or damage during transit will be handled in accordance with the insurance carrier's policies.

• If shipping insurance is declined, The Posh Vault is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. The Posh Vault is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information.

Carrier Delays

• The Posh Vault is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier service interruptions, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivered Packages

• Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier and signed for when applicable, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
